Meet Chef Fritz
Liberty Delight Farms is excited to announce our new collaboration with the talented and award-winning Chef Jeff Fritz. Chef Fritz is a classically French-trained chef who holds a degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu as well as many additional culinary certifications from the Culinary Institute of America. A success in both culinary academics and entrepreneurial accomplishments (he owns SilverWolf Private Assistance, a catering company), Chef Fritz has both competed and won several culinary competitions across the United States and Canada, including the World Food Championships in 2018, the World BBQ Championships in 2019. At these events, Chef Fritz has taken home both accolades and medals, including a gold medal for a centerpiece display and a “Best in Show.”
As an avid food historian, he loves to meld Old-World cooking techniques and modern styles in the dishes he creates. His specialty is combining open-fire cooking with modern gastronomy to create new styles of dining that boast strong flavor profiles. Throughout his career, Chef Fritz has held the title of Head Chef at an Arizona Golf Club, worked in numerous fine dining restaurants, and had the honor of creating dishes for many high-profile dignitaries. His talents are hailed by many local culinary icons including world-renowned, award-winning chef and best-selling author Amy Riolo who is proud to team up with both Chef Fritz and Liberty Delight Farms as often as possible.
