Join us for a fun night at beautiful Liberty Delight Farms for a casual Open-Fire cookout featuring Chef’s Mike Edwards and Jeff Fritz of Black Smoke n’ Ember.

Our Open Fire cookout menu will feature some of Maryland’s best producers from Liberty Delight Farms, Robin Hill Farm and Vineyard, Finksburg Farms and much more.
Our multi-course meal will feature six course options served in a unique format where guest mingle and enjoy time on the farm, great food & drinks, and the singing cows.

ABOUT THE CHEFS
Chef Mike Edwards
Chef Edwards is an extremely skilled and accomplished chef and humanitarian with over 17 years of culinary experience. Chef Edwards showcases his skills both as an active-duty military member and chef/owner of both Create LLC and Black Smoke N’ Embers.
Chef Edwards cooking style fuses modernist techniques and his ancestral open fire cooking style creating unique dining experiences.
Chef Jeff Fritz
Chef Fritz is an Award-Winning Chef, Entrepreneur, Humanitarian, and Owner of SilverWolf Private Assistance and Black Smoke N’ Embers. He is also an avid Food Historian and have served over 20 years in the U.S. Air Force.
He loves to meld old world cooking techniques with modern styles in the dishes he creates. His specialty is combining open fire cooking and smoking techniques with modern gastronomy to create a new style of dining with amazing flavor profiles.
