Pasta al Fuoco-Wood fired pasta making/farm dining experience!
This is a culinary workshop/outdoor dining collaboration led by Award Winning Chef & Pit Master Chef Jeff Fritz (@chef_jeff_fritz) and Pastapreneur Chef Laurie Boucher (@baltimorehomecook).
Join us for this immersive, hands-on culinary adventure that combines the art of pasta making with the excitement of ancient open fire cooking.
Participants will enjoy a hands-on pasta making workshop led by Chef Laurie where they will learn how to hand form some traditional southern Italian pasta shapes.
Following the pasta workshop, our group will transition to an outdoor setting on the beautiful grounds of Liberty Delight Farms. Participants will gather around a crackling open fire where they will experience and embrace the rustic charm of ancient open fire cooking methods.
Chef Jeff will demonstrate and discuss various cooking methods, showcasing the versatility of open fire cooking using meats sourced from Liberty Delight Farms.
Together the Chefs will cook the pasta, prepare a seasonal sauce, cook the meat and other delicious items over an open fire which will infuse the meal with the distinct and delicious smoky flavors of the fire.
This event is a truly unique experience connecting participants with rich traditions of pasta making with the allure of cooking over an open fire.
