At Liberty Delight Farms, we love to have company come and visit with us and our animals! We host a variety of groups throughout the year. Whether you are a middle school or college student, a trip to the farm can be very educational. We pride ourselves in sharing our sustainability efforts, knowledge of animal husbandry and giving a “behind the scenes” peek at the operations of our thriving agricultural business. We also host working butchers, caterers, chefs and their executive teams. Having locally sourced ingredients on their menus and visiting the farm, allows them to be able to educate their patrons on where their food is coming from.

Our most recent visitors in April were students from the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore!

They spent half the day with us learning about our sustainability efforts and how to raise healthy animals for purchase by institutions (ie: hospitals, schools, restaurants, catering companies, and work shares). The students toured the farm, connected with the animals and truly learned about how food gets from the farm to their table.
