All pets deserve to be treated like SUPERHEROES, especially when it comes to mealtime. At Liberty Delight Farms, we have had the pleasure of rescuing and raising beautiful Great Pyrenees dogs, including our boy Zeus. Zeus was the inspiration for Great Zeus Pet Goodies—an all-natural, pure protein diet and treats for your pets, both dogs and cats. While he now watches over our farm from above, he will always be the model superhero for LDF’s pets.

From raw pet food to pet treats and chewables, Great Zeus makes it all. Dogs will be wagging their tails for a chewable pig ear or bully stick, and your kitties will love the locally grown catnip toys or crinkles. Great Zeus will help fuel your pets on their way to becoming the true SUPERHEROES they are!

The Story of The Real Great Zeus

In 1995, Shane (farmer and owner of Liberty Delight Farms) was just out of college, building an adult life and went looking for his first dog.

He went to a dog show and saw what he remembers as “Polar Bear” dogs— he was instantly in love. As he learned about these huge, docile, furry dogs, he started inquiring and quickly found a breeder and his first puppy, Zoro. Soon after, a friend of a friend needed to find a home for a young female. Two dogs, he thought, well…maybe. He showed up in New Jersey on New Year’s eve in a snowstorm to find a girl named Roxie. Zoro and Roxie were fast friends, unfortunately, Zoro was lost in a custody battle and Shane and Roxie were left to fend for themselves. Shane contacted the Appalachian Great Pyrenees Rescue organization (AGPR) and was forwarded to a local farm fostering a Great Pyrenees. Roxie and Shane visited the foster to find
